Facility fees are based on the day of the week. These fees include ivory table linens and napkins, a variety of 60” round, 36” round, high cocktail tables and rectangular tables, gold Chavari chairs with ivory cushions, tea candles and votives for guest tables, 18×21 dance floor and optional 12×16 stage.
The Piedmont Room may be rented for afternoon or evening events.

A $500 ceremony fee applies to Piedmont Room rentals if you wish to host your ceremony with us. This fee includes access to the room & Bridal Suite two hours prior to your ceremony, gold chavari chairs and ivory cushions for the ceremony, setup and breakdown of the ceremony chairs and transitioning of the room for your reception setup.
Piedmont Garden Tent, Tavern Bar and Meadow
The Piedmont Garden Tent is primarily an evening event venue but there is limited afternoon availability. Rental of the Garden Tent includes exclusive reservation of the Meadow and intimate Tavern Bar featuring stacked stone walls and fireplace.

Our Climate Controlled Tent offers the convenience & comfort of both Air Conditioning and Heat.
Air-Conditioning or heating can be added for an additional $1000.00 fee.
Air Conditioning is required for all events during the months of June, July and August.
Two additional Tent Extensions can be added for parties over 175 guests for an additional fee of $500 per extension.
