The Piedmont Room is a beautiful Atlanta corporate event venue, boasting majestic ceilings and grand 15-foot windows, treating guests to breathtaking Midtown skyline views. With the capacity to accommodate 50-250 attendees, the space is meticulously designed to cater to a spectrum of corporate events, from intimate brainstorming sessions to larger conventions.

For those seeking a touch of nature without compromising on luxury, the Piedmont Garden Tent is available from March to November. This fully-equipped outdoor venue, complemented by its own private Meadow area, offers a perfect mix of comfort and scenic beauty. Whether you're hosting an al fresco business luncheon or a product launch under the stars, the Garden Tent can comfortably host 50-400 guests, ensuring each event is truly unforgettable.

Our Enclosed Patio serves as the ideal backdrop for more intimate winter events. Available from Thanksgiving through March, this cozy, heated space promises a unique ambiance, perfect for hosting corporate holiday gatherings or meetings for up to 200 guests.

At the Piedmont Room, every detail is considered. We offer comprehensive rental packages that include essentials such as tables, chairs, linens, setup, breakdown, and parking, ensuring a seamless event planning experience for organizers. Conveniently located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, your attendees can enjoy food and drinks at the Park Tavern and enjoy our award-winning outdoor patio, recognized as one of the best outdoor patios in Atlanta. As proud supporters of the Georgia film industry, we're also available for filming, crew parking, crew catering, and grand wrap parties.

A summary of our four distinct venues:

  • Piedmont Room: The Piedmont Room offers breathtaking views of Piedmont Park and the Midtown skyline from its 20-foot tall windows. This spectacular view showcases Atlanta’s bustling skyline and is sure to impress all of your guests. The Piedmont Room seats up to 200 guests for a seated lunch/dinner or 180 guests for a buffet style reception. It will accommodate approximately 230 for a cocktail-style event.
  • Piedmont Garden Tent (Seasonal): The Garden Tent is a fully covered, climate-controlled outdoor venue ideal for parties of 50-400+. White silk draped ceilings, chandeliers, and café lighting set the tone for any client wishing to provide their guests with a garden setting within the heart of the city. The adjacent private Meadow area can be used for additional cocktail space, seating, and even outdoor games.
  • Olmsted Room: The Olmsted Room is the perfect lounge atmosphere with its two large fireplaces and mahogany bar, array of cocktail tables and leather couches. The Olmsted Room is ideal for cocktail parties up to 120 guests.
  • Enclosed Patio (Seasonal): Our Enclosed Patio is ideal for parties of up to 200 guests. Fully heated, this area is located on the lower level of our facility near the Rink and offers a gorgeous view of the Midtown skyline. Cedar ceilings, specialty Edison bulb lighting, and two indoor fire pits create a casual yet festive winter wonderland ambience.
